  • Publication number: 20200274053
Abstract: An elastomer piezoelectric element includes a plurality of unit layers disposed along a thickness direction of the elastomer piezoelectric element. Each of the unit layers includes a sheet-shaped dielectric elastomer dielectric portion, a conductive elastomer electrode partially disposed on a first surface of the dielectric portion, and an insulating elastomer insulated portion that is provided in at least a portion of an area surrounding the electrode and brings a thickness of the unit layer in a portion in which the electrode is not disposed close to a thickness of the unit layer in a portion in which the electrode is disposed.

  • Patent number: 10461225
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device includes providing a case including a recessed portion and mounting a light-emitting element on a bottom of the recessed portion, putting a first sealing material including a first phosphor particle into the recessed portion, putting a second sealing material including a second phosphor particle on the first sealing material in the recessed portion, and precipitating the second phosphor particle before the second sealing material cures. The second phosphor particle is located above the first phosphor particle after the first and second sealing materials cure.

  • Patent number: 9905736
Abstract: A white light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element that emits a blue light, and a sealing resin that seals the light-emitting element and that includes a first phosphor and a second phosphor, the first phosphor wavelength-converting a portion of the blue light and emitting a red light, the second phosphor wavelength-converting a portion of the blue light and emitting a green light. The white light-emitting device emits a white light by mixing the blue, red and green lights. The sealing resin further includes a third phosphor that wavelength-converts a portion of the blue light, emits a light in a same color gamut as the first or second phosphor, and has a higher light conversion efficiency than the first or second phosphor. The third phosphor is included in the sealing resin at an additive amount less than an amount that causes a change in a spectrum of the white light.

  • Patent number: 9640738
Abstract: A light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element, a sealing material for sealing the light-emitting element, a phosphor particle having an average particle size of not more than 20 nm and dispersed in the sealing material, a dispersed particle dispersed in the sealing material and forming a three-dimensional network structure in the sealing material, and a light-scattering particle dispersed in the sealing material, having an average particle size greater than that of the phosphor particle and that of the dispersed particle, and having a refractive index greater than that of the sealing material. A concentration gradient of the phosphor particle in a height direction is formed such that a concentration thereof increases according as a position thereof decreases. An average position of the phosphor particle is lower than that of the light-scattering particle.
