The first insulating film is disposed on the first electrode film closer to the array substrate in an area across a boundary between the display area and a non-display area. The first insulating film includes a slit arranged closer to the display area than to the sealing member in the non-display area. The second transparent electrode film is disposed on the first insulating film closer to the array substrate at least in the display area.
