  • Publication number: 20240142275
Abstract: A position detection device configured to detect a position of a moving member that moves back and forth in a predetermined moving direction is provided with an exciting coil arranged to extend in the moving direction along the moving member, a detection coil that, by a magnetic field generated by the exciting coil, outputs a voltage corresponding to a position of a detection object portion moving together with the moving member within a predetermined detection range in the moving direction, and a calculation unit that determines the position of the moving member by calculation based on an output voltage of the detection coil. The detection object portion has a predetermined length in the moving direction, and a voltage is generated in the detection coil due to a difference in magnetic field intensity between a portion corresponding to the detection object portion and a portion not corresponding to the detection object portion.

  • Publication number: 20240142277
Abstract: A position detection device detects a position of a moving member moving backward and forward in a predetermined moving direction. The position detection device includes an exciting coil disposed along the moving member and extending in the moving direction, a detection coil that outputs a voltage corresponding to a position of a detection target portion moving with the moving member by means of a magnetic field generated by the exciting coil within a predetermined detection range in the moving direction, and a calculation unit that calculates the position of the moving member by the output voltage of the detection coil. The detection coil includes a pair of coil elements whose output voltage changes according to the position of the moving member, and phases of the output voltages of the pair of coil elements during movement of the moving member within the detection range differ from each other.

  • Publication number: 20230324858
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a production management device acquires a first short-term plan generated based on a first long-term plan. The first long-term plan is of a plan of production in a prescribed period. The first short-term plan is of a plan of production in a first period. The device acquires first progress data of a progress in a task, and acquires first prediction data by using the first progress data. The first prediction data is of a prediction of a progress in the task. The device revises the first short-term plan based on the first prediction data, and acquires second prediction data by using second progress data. The second progress data is of a progress in the task. The second prediction data is of a prediction of a progress of the production in the prescribed period. The device generates a second long-term plan in the prescribed period.

  • Publication number: 20230245338
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a processing system estimates a pose of a worker, a position of an article, an orientation of the article, and a state of the article based on an image of the worker and the article. The processing system further estimates a work spot of the worker on the article based on an estimation result of the pose, an estimation result of the position, and an estimation result of the orientation. The processing system further estimates a task performed by the worker based on an estimation result of the work spot and an estimation result of the state.

  • Patent number: 11580739
Abstract: A detection apparatus includes one or more processors. The processors set at least one time-period candidate. The processors input, to a first model that inputs a feature acquired from a plurality of time-series images and the time-period candidate and outputs at least one first likelihood indicating a likelihood of occurrence of at least one action previously determined as a detection target and correction information for acquisition of at least one correction time period resulting from correction of the at least one time-period candidate, the feature and the time-period candidate, and acquire the first likelihood and the correction information output from the first model. The processors detect, based on the at least one correction time period acquired based on the correction information and the first likelihood, the action included in the time-series images and a start time and a finish time of a time period of occurrence of the action.

  • Publication number: 20200159743
Abstract: An information processing device according to one embodiment includes a first receiver, a second receiver, a first converter, a second converter, and a calculator. The first receiver receives input of first data belonging to a first modality. The second receiver receives input of second data belonging to a second modality that is different from the first modality. The first converter converts the first data into a first representation representing a point or a first area in a D-dimensional vector space (D is a natural number). The second converter converts the second data into a second representation representing a second area in the D-dimensional vector space. The calculator calculates similarity between the first data and the second data by using the first representation and the second representation.

  • Publication number: 20180239458
Abstract: According to an embodiment, a device includes a memory and processing circuitry. When time taken by a user to carry out first behavior is equal to or more than a first threshold, or when number of times the first behavior is repeated is equal to or more than a second threshold, the processing circuitry is configured to output first guidance to lead the user to first expected behavior that is behavior the user is expected to carry out subsequent to the first behavior. When the time taken to carry out the first behavior is less than the first threshold, or when the number of times the first behavior is repeated is less than the second threshold, the processing circuitry is configured to omit the first guidance to lead the user to the first expected behavior or outputs second guidance that is simpler than the first guidance.
