  • Publication number: 20060077016
Abstract: A lumped element non-reciprocal circuit device is downsized without an increase in an insertion loss. A lumped element non-reciprocal circuit device comprises a plurality of center electrodes; a microwave magnetic material; a permanent magnet; and a metal case that serves as a magnetic yoke, wherein the center electrode is disposed on a main surface of the microwave magnetic material, the microwave magnetic material has a side surface perpendicular to the main surface, and a shortest distance between the side surface of the microwave magnetic material and the metal case is set to be equal to or larger than a thickness of the microwave magnetic material and equal to or smaller than 2.3 times of the thickness of the microwave magnetic material.

  • Patent number: 6731183
Abstract: A non-reciprocal circuit device comprising a plurality of central conductors 11a-11c overlapping with electric insulation from each other at 120°, a magnetic body 12 disposed in contact with or close to the central conductors 11a-11c, matching capacitors, a permanent magnet 3 disposed for applying a DC magnetic field to the central conductors 11a-11c and the magnetic body 12, and metal cases 1, 2 for receiving these parts and serving as a magnetic yoke, at least the matching capacitors being integrally constituted by a laminate module 5 having a substantially flat lower surface, and the laminate module 5 being disposed on a flat surface of a composite base 6 comprising an insulation member and conductor plates.

  • Patent number: 6476767
Abstract: A chip antenna element comprises (a) a radiation electrode formed on at least one surface of an insulating substrate, such that the radiation electrode extends from a first end of the substrate or its vicinity to a second end of the substrate or its vicinity, with a width decreasing substantially continuously and/or stepwise, thereby having a wide rear end on the side of the first end of the substrate and a narrow tip end on the side of the second end of the substrate, (b) a first grounding electrode connecting directly or via a gap to the rear end of the radiation electrode, (c) a second grounding electrode opposing the tip end of the radiation electrode via a gap, and (d) a feeding electrode formed on at least one surface of the substrate at a position facing an intermediate point of the radiation electrode, with or without contact with the radiation electrode.
