  • Patent number: 11916394
Abstract: Provided are an operation limit value management unit managing an operation limit value related to the power flow power of system equipment and a determination unit calculating the power flow state for each set time of the future of a power system based on load dispatching information including a power generation plan value, a predicted output value, and a predicted value of power demand and determining whether or not stable is each power flow state by comparison with the operation limit value. The determination unit sequentially changes the first output power of a first power source defined by the power generation plan value of the first power source and calculates each power flow state based on power including the changed first output power and a predicted value of the output of a second power source.

  • Publication number: 20080014646
Abstract: A domain linker region is predicted by inputting an amino-acid sequence of a protein whose structure is unknown in a hierarchical neural network having identified and learned the domain linker region. Also, the sequence characteristics of the linker domain is identified by a statistical method, and by combining the result with the secondary structure predicting method, a domain linker predicting method for an amino-acid sequence whose structure is unknown was constructed.

  • Patent number: 6491081
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a radial tire is disclosed, wherein a tread ring is formed separately from a tier main body by the sue of a tread ring forming apparatus. The radial tire comprises a belt having a camber and a band wound thereon. The tread ring is an annular assembly of a raw belt, a raw band wound thereon and a raw tread rubber. The tread ring forming apparatus comprising a belt drum made up of segments defining the drum circumference. In a cross section including the belt drum axis, the radially outer surface of each segment is a straight line parallel to the axis. In a cross section normal to the belt drum axis, the radiallly outer surface is an arc having one radius substantially equal to one half of the drum diameter, but the drum circumference is decreased in the belt edge portion than the central portion by increasing gaps between the segments.
