  • Publication number: 20230327527
Abstract: A clamping device performs a clamping action when performing laser welding to join a first stripped portion, where a coating is absent from a first end, and a second stripped portion, where a coating is absent from a second end. A second claw extends in a radial direction of a second shaft. In a state in which a first shaft and the second shaft are moved toward a stator core such that the first end and the second end are sandwiched between the first shaft and the second shaft, and the first shaft is pressed against a second curved portion and the second shaft is pressed against a first curved portion, the clamping device performs the clamping action by rotating the second shaft about a center axis of the second shaft until the second claw comes into contact with the second end.

  • Patent number: 10680217
Abstract: An assembled battery includes: a plurality of batteries; a holder having a holder part configured to hold outer circumferential surfaces of the batteries inserted in the battery through-holes; and a plurality of adhesive bodies that combine the batteries and inner circumferential surfaces of the holder part with each other. Each of the inner circumferential surfaces includes: a posture restricting portion configured to restrict a posture of each battery; a departing portion configured to depart from each battery around the whole circumference of the battery even when the battery takes any posture within the range; and a liquid-pouring groove connected from the second surface to the departing portion, and every adhesive body includes a whole-circumferential combined portion where the departing portion and the departing-portion opposing portion of each battery are combined with each other around the whole circumference.

  • Publication number: 20180152071
Abstract: A stator 10 includes a stator insulator support 40 includes an outer annular part 41, an inner annular part 45, a plurality of insulator support teeth 50, and a plurality of insulator support slots 51. The stator insulator support 40 is disposed on the stator core 12 in a way positions of the plurality of insulator support slots 51 correspond to positions of a plurality of slots 15. First protrusions 42 protruding toward an axial direction are provided at the same position as the insulator support teeth 50 in a circumferential direction on the outer annular part 41. In each of the first protrusions 42, a first varnish guide groove 42a extending along the circumferential direction for guiding the varnish to the slot 15, and a first coil support surface 42b vertical to the axial direction for regulating movement of a segment coil 30 in the axial direction are formed.

  • Publication number: 20160190891
Abstract: A rotary electric machine stator includes: a stator core including slots; a stator coil wound around the stator core by joining end portions of a plurality of segment conductors placed to be inserted into each of the slots; and an insulating layer provided around the end portions including a joining portion at the end portions of the plurality of segment conductors. The segment conductor is constituted by an electric conductor and an insulation coating that covers the electric conductor. A conductor exposed portion in which the insulation coating is removed is formed in each of those end portions of the segment conductors which are joined to each other. The insulating layer is formed to be attached onto an insulating member that covers a stepped portion formed in a boundary between the insulation coating and the conductor exposed portion.

  • Publication number: 20150202708
Abstract: Disclosed are an image-inspection apparatus and an image-inspection method for a welded portion, capable of certainly pinpointing a joining interface of the welded portion. An image-inspection apparatus (100) for inspecting condition of a welded portion (W) where rectangular copper wires (21 and 22) are welded to each other, including a first camera (51) for taking an image of the welded portion (W) from a tangential direction, a second camera (52) for taking an image of the welded portion (W) from the radial outside, and a controller (50). The controller (50) pinpoints a position of a joining interface (J) from the image taken from the tangential direction, calculates a width of a welding ball (B) at the pinpointed position from the image taken front the radial outside, and inspects the condition of the welded portion (NV) based on the calculated width.
