    Abstract: A method for moving an upper mold against a lower mold in a mold casting machine having a mold clamping mechanism attached to a lifting and lowering frame. The mechanism has an upper mold lifting and lowering device that assembles and separates the upper and lower molds by lifting and lowering the upper mold relative to the lower mold and the frame. A space for a setting a core and for taking out products is formed between the upper and lower molds by lifting the device relative to the frame, and by lifting the frame relative to the lower mold. Then the frame is lowered until the upper mold comes close to the lower mold. Thereafter the upper mold is lowered by the device to form an assembled mold, molten metal is introduced into the mold and after the metal has solidified the upper mold is lifted by the device, all while the frame is kept fixed relative to the lower mold.

Vehicle front headlights, arranged so as to be laterally symmetrical, are formed in a shape of eyes capable of evoking a face. A headlight includes a circular main light forming a pupil portion, an annular ring forming an iris portion, plates each forming a sclera portion (white of eye), an upper frame forming the contour of an upper eyelid portion, and a lower frame forming the contour of a lower eyelid portion. When the main light and the plates are made to emit light, and the ring is non-light emitting, the pupil portion and the sclera portion are clearly discriminated from each other, thus enabling recognition as “eyes” not only in the daytime but also in the nighttime. The air bag supporting frame positions and fixes an air bag unit so as to be directed to a chest position of a rider above a center portion of a steering handle. A ring-like frame structure as an air bag holding member is disposed round a surface of the air bag unit facing the rider wherein a forward load applied to the air bag by holding the inflated air bag from behind is received by the ring-like frame structure.

    Abstract: A seat holding mechanism for a two-wheel vehicle for holding a seat rotatably in the horizontal direction at a predetermined height. The seat holding mechanism is disposed on the side of the seat. The seat holding mechanism allows the seat to be to be fixed at another height, so that when the vehicle is in a driving mode, the seat is prevented from rotating and the riding state can be assured. By adjusting the seat at the predetermined height in a non-driving mode, the seat can rotate in the horizontal direction. Consequently, in the non-driving mode the seat can be used as a chair, thereby improving the attractiveness of the vehicle. The two wheel vehicle with the seat holding structure has a foldable body, allowing it to be easily mounted in a four wheel-vehicle.
