  • Patent number: 11942575
Abstract: The embodiment provides a transparent electrode having low resistance and high stability against impurities such as halogen and sulfur, a method of producing the transparent electrode, and an electronic device using the transparent electrode. A transparent electrode according to an embodiment includes a transparent substrate and a plurality of conductive regions disposed on a surface of the transparent substrate and separated from each other by a separation region, wherein the conductive region has a structure in which a first transparent conductive metal oxide layer, a metal layer, and a second transparent conductive metal oxide layer are laminated in this order from the substrate side, and in the separation region, there is disposed a trapping material. This transparent electrode can be produced by scribing the conductive region to form a separation region, and then using a halide or a sulfur compound.

  • Patent number: 10883302
Abstract: An opening-closing body driving motor includes a motor body, a drive circuit, and a control circuit. The motor body is provided to automatically open and close an opening-closing body of a vehicle. The drive circuit supplies driving power to the motor body. The control circuit includes a PWM controller. The control circuit is configured to adjust the driving power by PWM control and control an operation mode of the opening-closing body through the motor body such that the operation mode is changeable. The PWM controller is configured to have a control frequency of the PWM control include a frequency in an audible range based on a predetermined trigger so that the motor body vibrates in the audible range, thereby performing a sound producing operation. The predetermined trigger includes information about an opening-closing state of the opening-closing body or information about activation and deactivation of a child lock.

  • Publication number: 20200408021
Abstract: An opening-closing member controller that solves the problem includes a motor, a speed detection unit, an entrapment determination unit, and a control unit. The motor opens and closes an opening-closing member of a vehicle. The speed detection unit outputs a speed signal corresponding to a rotation speed of the motor. The entrapment determination unit determines whether entrapment of foreign material by the opening-closing member has occurred based on the speed signal. The control unit reverses or stops the motor when the entrapment determination unit determines that entrapment has occurred. The entrapment determination unit performs the determination at shorter time intervals when a remote operation switch that is separated from the vehicle is operated to close the opening-closing member than when a vehicle operation switch that is arranged in the vehicle is operated to close the opening-closing member.

  • Patent number: 10378264
Abstract: An opening-closing body is operated toward an end position of the movable range, a section where the motor application voltage is set to a fixed value defines a first section. A section set between the first section and the end position defines a second section. The controller is configured to execute speed reduction control and stop control in the second section. At a point in time when the rotation speed of the motor body becomes less than or equal to a second threshold value, in the first section or the second section, the controller sets the motor application voltage that is applied from the point in time until the opening-closing body reaches the end position and the stop control is executed to a voltage value that is greater than or equal to the motor application voltage applied at the point in time.

  • Publication number: 20090051513
Abstract: A microcomputer executes initialization, which causes a memory of the microcomputer to store operational information of a window glass of a door therein in a state where no previous information is stored in the memory. The microcomputer cancels the initialization when an open state signal, which indicates an open state of the door, is outputted from a courtesy switch and/or a door closure. The microcomputer executes the initialization only when a close state signal, which indicates a close state of the door, is outputted from the courtesy switch and/or the door closure.
