Patent number: 6970203Abstract: The automatic cut-off system includes a video data processing circuit, a cut-off control circuit, a drive circuit, and a level control section. The video data processing circuit adds a cut-off reference pulse having a predetermined level to primary-color signals of red (R), green (G) and blue (B) at different timings within a single vertical blanking interval, and outputs latch timing signals respectively indicating the timings. The cut-off control circuit shifts a level of each primary-color signal having the cut-off reference pulse added thereto based on a corresponding cut-off control signal. The drive circuit drives each cathode of a CRT (cathode-ray tube) based on a corresponding one of the shifted primary-color signals, and outputs a voltage corresponding to each cathode current as a common feedback signal. The level control section latches the feedback signal in response to each latch timing signal, and outputs the cut-off control signal of one of the primary-color signals.Type: GrantFiled: August 22, 2002Date of Patent: November 29, 2005Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yutaka Otani, Masahiko Sasada, Nobuo Taketani, Masahiro Takeshima, Hiroshi Moribe

Patent number: 5660619Abstract: The present invention provides an electroless gold plating solution which does not precipitate gold at high concentrations of thallium or lead compound, while retaining its effects such as increased deposition rate and larger crystallite sizes in the deposited layer. The electroless gold plating solution according to the invention contains 0.1-10 g/l of a chelating agent, such as diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or nitrilotriacetic acid, DTPA being a preferable agent.Type: GrantFiled: August 2, 1996Date of Patent: August 26, 1997Assignee: Electroplating Engineer of Japan, LimitedInventors: Hiroshi Wachi, Yutaka Otani

Patent number: 4537182Abstract: A suction selector mechanism of an endoscope is operated such that a suction channel member may be connected to or disconnected from a suction tube guided to a control section. The selector mechanism has a first connecting port and a second connecting port. The first connecting port is formed in a cylinder and is connected to the suction channel member. The second connecting port is formed in the cylinder and is connected to the suction tube. A piston is slidably inserted in the cylinder and has a circular outer surface portion which is brought into air-tight contact with the cylinder. The piston has an annular small-diameter portion at a position different from that of the outer surface portion. The piston has a channel which allows communication between the space defined by the small-diameter portion and the second connecting port. The first connecting port is closed by the outer surface portion of the piston when the piston is positioned in the non-suction position.Type: GrantFiled: January 25, 1983Date of Patent: August 27, 1985Assignee: Olympus Optical Co., Ltd.Inventor: Yutaka Otani

Patent number: 4198959Abstract: A sealing device for an endoscope intended to effect sealing between an endoscope guide hole and an operating wire inserted thereinto is set in a medical instrument-leading chamber provided in a distal end portion of an endoscope, and is formed of a substantially hollow cylindrical or trumpet-shaped elastic member. One end of the sealing device is hermetically connected to a wall of the medical instrument-leading chamber to which the endoscope guide hole in the distal end portion is opened. The other end of the sealing device is also hermetically connected to the intermediate point of that portion of the operating wire which projects into the medical instrument-leading chamber from the endoscope guide hole, the operating wire being used to turn a rotary member in order to define the direction in which the forward portion of the medical instrument is to be directed in a body cavity.Type: GrantFiled: June 23, 1978Date of Patent: April 22, 1980Assignee: Olympus Optical Co., Ltd.Inventor: Yutaka Otani
