Abstract: This invention discloses an ink supply amount control apparatus for a printing press, including a sheet delivery device, printing quality control device, measuring device, and ink amount adjusting device. The sheet delivery device delivers a sheet printed by a printing press. The printing quality control device is provided on the sheet delivery device, and at least adjusts an amount of ink to be printed on the sheet by a manual operation. The measuring device is movably provided on the printing quality control device, and measures color adjustment data for each of color patches printed in the margins of the sheet. The ink amount adjusting device includes a control unit which automatically adjusts the amount of ink to be printed on the sheet, based on the comparison result between the color adjustment data measured by the measuring device, and reference values set in advance.

  • Patent number: 8166635
Abstract: In a current collector laminating step, a current-collector laminate unit 30 composed of current-collector materials 31 and 32 and a film material 33 is formed. Resist layers 34 having a predetermined pattern are formed on both surfaces of the current-collector laminate unit 30. An etching process is performed with the resist layers 34 used as a mask, whereby through-holes 20a and 23a are formed on the respective current-collector materials 31 and 32. The resist layers 34 are removed from the current-collector laminate unit 30. Since the etching process is performed on the plural current-collector materials 31 and 32, productivity of an electrode can be enhanced. During the application of the slurry, the film material 33 prevents the leakage of the electrode slurry. Therefore, the current-collector laminate unit 30 can be conveyed in the horizontal direction, whereby the productivity of the electrode can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20120003512
Abstract: A secondary battery includes a battery can 1 and a battery lid that seals an opening of the battery can 1. In a space defined by the battery can 1 and the battery lid 3, a power generation element group 6 formed by winding a positive plate and a negative plate are disposed. The battery can is formed in a shallow, bottomed rectangular shape, in which a length of one side perpendicular to a bottom of the shallow bottomed rectangle is smaller than lengths of other two sides. In the opposite ends of the power generation element group 6, uncoated sections 6A and 6B where no active material mix is coated are exposed. The power generation element group 6 is disposed so that the uncoated sections 6A and 6B are positioned directly above the through holes 1B. The connection members electrically and mechanically connected to the uncoated sections 6A and 6B are included to provide electrical continuity with an outside of the battery through the through holes 1B.

  • Patent number: 8064211
Abstract: An electronic component module is configured by a passive component mounted on a built-in IC substrate. The passive component is provided with a passive element inductor, and a mounting surface for mounting on a substrate. Concavities are respectively provided at parts of two opposed borders in the mounting surface, and a terminal electrode is provided at the bottom part of the concavities. Since the passive component has a concavity within the mounting surface and the terminal electrode is incorporated within this concavity, the passive component can be mounted low on the substrate surface. Since the terminal electrode is incorporated in the concavity, solder is prevented from spreading fillet-like at the periphery of the inductor, thus increasing the mounting density of the passive component. There is increased freedom for mounting the passive component because the passive component is mounted on the built-in IC substrate in which the IC is embedded in the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20110198920
Abstract: A first power supply system is constituted by an alternator and a main battery while a second power supply system is constituted by electrical equipment and a sub-battery. Further, a switch is provided between the first power supply system and the second power supply system. During vehicle deceleration, the switch is switched to a disconnected state, whereby the first power supply system and the second power supply system are disconnected. As a result, a generation voltage of the alternator can be raised, enabling an increase in the generation amount, without applying an excessive voltage to the electrical equipment. Hence, the main battery can be charged sufficiently during deceleration, and therefore the alternator can be halted during acceleration and steady travel. Furthermore, by halting the alternator, an engine load can be reduced, and as a result, an improvement in the fuel efficiency of the vehicle can be achieved.
