  • Patent number: 6614871
Abstract: To a supporting frame having an opening portion used to insert a table for mounting thereon an object under examination along a horizontal direction, a rotary member rotated around the opening portion is mounted; and a medical X-ray apparatus is provided with a first supporting member supported by the rotation member, for supporting an X-ray tube apparatus which irradiates an X-ray to an object under examination; a second supporting member for supporting a detection apparatus for detecting a transmission X-ray of the object under examination, the second supporting member being supported by the rotary member and being arranged opposite to the X-ray tube apparatus; a rotation control apparatus for controlling a rotation of the rotary member; a control apparatus for setting an irradiation angle of said X-ray with respect to a body axial direction of the object under examination to an arbitrary irradiation angle, and also for arranging the detection apparatus opposite to the X-ray tube apparatus in correspondence

  • Patent number: 6037850
Abstract: A small-sized high-precision superconducting magnet apparatus which can prevent an occurrence of the principal factor in generating a quench and can restrain the magnetic flux from varying with time, and a method of regulating the magnetization of such a superconducting magnet apparatus, by which the superconducting magnet apparatus can be uniformly magnetized. Superconducting magnet apparatus of the present invention has: a cooling container; a holding medium for holding a persistent current therein, which is placed in said cooling container and is operative to generate a magnetic flux in a uniform magnetic field region (FOV); static-magnetic-field generating means composed of a plurality of cylinders using superconducting composite plate materials; a cylinder supporting base for holding the plurality of cylinders; and temperature regulating devices (not shown in FIG. 67) embedded in the cylinders, respectively.

  • Patent number: 5633588
Abstract: A superconducting magnet apparatus which includes a cryostat vessel for containing therein a coolant for realizing superconductivity, a magnetic flux generating unit disposed within the cryostat vessel and including a superconducting multilayer composite member constituting a sustaining medium for a persistent current which generates a magnetic flux along a center axis of a predetermined magnetic field space, and members holding the magnetic field generating unit within the cryostat vessel.

  • Patent number: 4907287
Abstract: An image correcting apparatus for correcting distortion appearing in an image produced by electron beam scanning in a SEM under the influence of electric, magnetic and mechanical vibrations through arithmetic operations for eliminating the distortion. Installation of electric shield, magnetic shield and vibration-damping structure is thus rendered unnecessary.
