  • Patent number: 11987036
Abstract: A method for separating and recovering a layered film laminated and adhered with a reactive adhesive, the method including a step 1 of immersing the layered film in an alkaline solution while stirring the layered film with heating at 20° C. to 90° C. or ultrasonically vibrating the layered film and a step 2 of recovering separated single-layered films that constitute the respective layers of the layered film. The reactive adhesive is preferably a reactive adhesive containing a polyisocyanate composition and a polyol composition and more preferably a reactive adhesive containing a polyisocyanate composition, a polyol composition, and a compound having an acidic group.

  • Patent number: 4191623
Abstract: Microporous film having a microporous surface layer, and a method of producing it are provided. The method comprises placing a dope containing a film-forming polymer, a solvent therefor and an ionizable organic compound on a support and passing the dope bearing support through a coagulation bath under the application of an electric current. The resultant film has a microporous structure made up of open, vertically elongated and uniform cells.

  • Patent number: 4145266
Abstract: Simulated leather materials are described. These are obtained by treating a substrate having a microporous surface film layer by known processes for producing synthetic leathers. The microporous film is obtained by placing a dope containing film-forming polymer, a solvent therefore and an ionizable organic compound on a support and passing the dope bearing support through a coagulation bath under the application of an electric current. The resultant film has a microporous structure made up of open, vertically elongated and uniform cells which imparts a desirable full hand to the leather-like materials made therefrom.
