A plurality of melted portions which are concavely deformed toward the wire body side by melting are formed in the tubular member. The tubular member is fixed to the wire body by bringing the melted portions into press-contact with the wire body The plurality of melted portions is irregularly formed along an axis direction of the tubular member.
