  • Publication number: 20160123467
Abstract: Provided is a gasket for an automobile fuel tank that is attached to a connection part in which a fuel supply pipe is connected to an automobile fuel tank and can suppress permeation of gasoline more effectively. Along an inner periphery or an outer periphery of an O-ring 2 made of nitrile-butadiene rubber, a cross-sectionally rectangular annular member 3 made of polytetrafluoroethylene is arranged in close contact with the O-ring 2, and the O-ring 2 is protruded in thickness direction relative to the upper and lower surfaces in the thickness direction of the annual member 3 by allowing a thickness of the O-ring 2 to be larger than the thickness of the annular member 3.

  • Patent number: 5378810
Abstract: The present invention provides a GTP binding protein containing the following amino acid sequence, with a molecular weight of about 22K dalton and having GTP binding activity which is inhibited by N-ethyl-maleimide and GTP hydrolyzing activity:Thr-Ile-Glu-Asp-Ser-Tyr, and a method for the production of a GTP binding protein, which comprises introducing a DNA fragment containing DNA that encodes the GTP binding protein into a cloning site present at the downstream to a promoter of an expression vector, then introducing the expression vector thus constructed into a host, culturing said host, thereby expressing and accumulating the GTP binding protein and then collecting thereof.

  • Patent number: 5314819
Abstract: A novel water-soluble enzyme protein being composed of three heterogeneous subunits and having nitrile hydratase activity was separated and purified from the bacterium of genus Rhizobium. The nucleotide sequence of the gene encoding the protein was determined; using the transformant transformed with the expression vector having the nucleotide sequence, the protein was expressed; by reacting the transformant with a nitrile in a culture broth, the corresponding amide was produced.Via the use of a culture broth containing the transformant described above or the protein itself, a nitrile can be efficiently converted into the corresponding amide.
