  • Patent number: 11967474
Abstract: An operation device includes an operation knob that is operable by a pull-up operation and a push-down operation about a shaft and includes a front-end operation region on a front-end side far from the shaft and a rear-end operation region on a rear end side close to the shaft, a contact detection unit to detect contact of a user with the front-end operation region and the rear-end operation region, an operation detection unit to detect the pull-up operation and the push-down operation performed on the operation knob, and a determination unit that determines an operation performed by combining contact with the front-end operation region and the rear-end operation region detected by the contact detection unit and the pull-up operation and the push-down operation detected by the operation detection unit, and also determines that at least an operation performed on the rear-end operation region is invalid when the contact is detected.

  • Patent number: 11915951
Abstract: A plasma processing apparatus includes a stage disposed in a processing chamber for mounting a wafer, a plasma generation chamber disposed above the processing chamber for plasma generation using process gas, a plate member having multiple introduction holes, made of a dielectric material, disposed above the stage and between the processing chamber and the plasma generation chamber, and a lamp disposed around the plate member for heating the wafer. The plasma processing apparatus further includes an external IR light source, an emission fiber arranged in the stage, that outputs IR light from the external IR light source toward a wafer bottom, and a light collection fiber for collecting IR light from the wafer. Data obtained using only IR light from the lamp is subtracted from data obtained also using IR light from the external IR light source during heating of the wafer. Thus, a wafer temperature is determined.

  • Publication number: 20150381766
Abstract: An application transfer system transfers an application between terminals A, B each operated on a predetermined OS. When the terminal B receives from the terminal A a request to transfer an application (S22), the terminal B checks an OS for the application, and executes the application after making an adjustment so that the OS of the terminal B becomes the same as that for the application (S24). As a result, an application transfer system and an application transfer method can be provided which can transfer an application between any devices.

  • Patent number: 6774605
Abstract: A battery pack charging device having a terminal which may be adaptively used even in case the battery pack is loaded in different loading directions to enable charging and detection of loading to reduce the cost. The battery pack charging device includes, in a loading section 4 or 24 in which a battery pack 15 or 30 is loaded, a charging terminal member 7 or 29, connected to a charging terminal unit 16 or 31, respectively, an actuation member 55 actuated by the battery pack and a detection switching unit 11 having switching elements 49, 50 opened or closed by the actuation member 55. The charging terminal unit 16 or 31 is mounted to a terminal block member 40 so as to be connected to the charging terminal member 7 of the first battery pack 15 or to the charging terminal member 29 of the second battery pack 30, respectively, in such a manner that the actuation member 55 can be actuated in the same direction by the first battery pack or by the second battery pack.

  • Patent number: 4078147
Abstract: Hydroxy diester compounds are obtained by esterification between malic acid or tartaric acid and a saturated, aliphatic alcohol of 16 or more carbon atoms having side chains. These compounds are a colorless, odorless synthetic oil with low cloud point, which have a wide range of from low viscosity to high viscosity depending on the starting materials. Said synthetic oils are useful for basic oils or emulsions in the fields of cosmetics, detergents and medicinal preparations.
