Abstract: A carbon nanotube dispersion paste includes carbon nanotubes (B), and an organic solvent (C), in which a content of the carbon nanotubes (B) is 1% to 10% by mass with respect to a total mass of the carbon nanotube dispersion paste, and, in a Bode plot obtained by impedance measurement, in which a reactance is plotted on a vertical axis and a frequency is plotted on a horizontal axis, a local minimum value of the reactance is in a frequency range of 50 to 250 kHz.
