The management server registers information for accessing the second processing system in a database of the system. The first processing system receives a request from an external apparatus via a load balancing device included in the first processing system and, transmits the received request to the second processing system by using the information for accessing the second processing system registered in the database if the received request is a request to be processed in the second processing system.
