Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of carbon material preparation, and provides a porous carbon and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: subjecting a plant tissue to a first drying treatment, a crushing treatment, and a dehydration treatment sequentially to obtain an oxygen-rich matrix, with a temperature of the dehydration treatment being 120-320° C.; mixing heavy oil, an activator, and a solvent to obtain a mixed solution; impregnating the oxygen-rich matrix in the mixed solution, with an impregnating duration being ?10 min; then removing the solvent to obtain a composite; calcining the composite to obtain the porous carbon. The disclosure can obtain porous carbon that balances high specific surface area, mesoporous specific surface area, total pore volume, compaction density, and particle strength.

Abstract: The present application provides a porous carbon material and a preparation method and application thereof, which includes following steps: choosing a distillate of ethylene tar in a range of 250° C.˜550° C.and performing hydrogenation treatment on the distillate to obtain hydrofined ethylene tar; performing pre-carbonization treatment on part of the hydrofined ethylene tar to obtain coke; mixing the remaining hydrofined ethylene tar and the coke to form a mixture, and performing activating treatment on the mixture to obtain the porous carbon material. The present application can realize the preparation of high purity porous carbon with simple preparation process and low cost.
