  • Patent number: 11640145
Abstract: Aiming at insufficient drying seafood on-board caused by hull swings, the present invention involves the establishment of location correction system for processing seafood transportation displaced by wind waves and anti-accumulation drying processing method. This invention employs CFD-DEM method to simulate the state and distribution of the material particles modulated by the deflector angle and wind speed. Finally, the optimized rotation angle of deflector and wind speed are obtained where material particles are equally distributed. Meanwhile, the uniform and fast drying of the marine products in the swinging hull are achieved. This invention shows the great advantages of high efficiency, automation and continuity.

  • Patent number: 10645940
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for ship-borne freezing of marine products after treated by highly activated water and nondestructive sensing of ice crystals. Through treating the seawater with atmospheric plasma in a certain atmosphere and introducing the tail gas from plasma reactor into the seawater in tail gas collecting device, the highly activated water is obtained. After cooling by the ship-borne refrigeration system, the cooled highly activated water can be used to cool and sterilize the captured marine products timely. During the following freezing processes, both the ultra-high frequency (UHF) electromagnetic field system and pulsed ultrasonic monitoring system are applied simultaneously, which can not only effectively reduce the size of ice crystals and the juice loss of the frozen products during thawing, but also inhibits the thermal effect of electromagnetic field.

  • Publication number: 20200063060
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for extracting heat-sensitive Antarctic krill oil comprising the following steps. Firstly, frozen Antarctic krill is thawed and minced; a surfactant is added to the minced Antarctic krill to form a supercritical micelle system; extract the Antarctic krill multiple times after pressurizing and liquefying mixed gases; at the same time, a low-carbon alcohol solvent is added to strip the material in the critical micelle; after the extraction is completed, the extractant is removed; the extraction product and the residue after the extraction are subsequently collected; the heat-sensitive Antarctic krill oil can be obtained by high-speed centrifugal separation of the oil-water mixed extraction product. The present method has the advantages of simple operation, low extraction pressure and high safety. The extraction method of gas pressure liquefaction is completed under low temperature sealing conditions.
