    Abstract: A method for reinforcing soft ground by post-grouting combined with pressurized vacuum preloading is proposed, by pre-burying prefabricated vertical drains and air-boosted pipes in granular material piles, and the air-boosted pipes are used as grouting pipes to reduce the number of times of piling, which not only improves the construction efficiency, but also reduces the structural disturbance of the soil and the influence of smear effect, thus reducing the impact on the radial permeability and the radial consolidation coefficients. The method does not use geotextile bags for granular materials, which can avoid the problem of forming a localized clogging area around the geotextile bags, and the method not only improves the efficiency of vacuum transfer in a pre-consolidation stage, but also improves the grouting effect in the later stage, effectively enhances the strength of soft soil and makes granular material piles and the surrounding soil form composite ground.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a system for bug localization based on a code knowledge graph, including the steps of: extracting source codes from a Git version control system, parsing in the source codes to generate an abstract syntax tree (AST), constructing a code knowledge graph, preprocessing the summary and description of a bug report crawled from a Bugzilla bug tracking system, and performing the named entity recognition to identify bug-related entity sequence, converting the code knowledge graph and the bug-related entity sequence into vector representation through an embedding algorithm, calculating cosine similarities of vector representations between the code knowledge graph and the bug entity sequence, ranking the similarities from high to low to generate a list of suspicious methods, filtering redundant information in the source codes, identifying bug-related entity elements in the bug report, and reserving the bug-related information.

    Abstract: A SiC ohmic contact preparation method is provided and includes: selecting a SiC substrate; preparing a graphene/SiC structure by forming a graphene on a Si-face of the SiC substrate; depositing an Au film on the graphene of the graphene/SiC structure; forming a first transfer electrode pattern on the Au film by a first photolithography; etching the Au film uncovered by the first transfer electrode pattern through a wet etching; etching the graphene uncovered by the Au film through a plasma etching after the wet etching; forming a second transfer electrode pattern on the SiC substrate by a second photolithography; depositing an Au material on the Au film exposed by the second transfer electrode pattern and forming an Au electrode and then annealing. The graphene reduces potential barrier associated with the SiC interface, specific contact resistance of ohmic contact reaches the order of 10?7˜10?8 ?·cm2, and the method has high repeatability.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a mixed injection fluid and a corresponding method for enhancing CO2 sequestration and oil recovery, which is a method of the geothermal driven CO2 catalytic reduction for enhancing CO2 sequestration and oil recovery. In the present invention, a technical solution of the liquid nitrogen fracturing, an injection fluid injection, and the catalysis transportation and storage were adopted, which makes full use of the thermal energy of deep geothermal reservoir in combination with nano-Cu-based catalysts to activate the hydrothermal cracking reaction of crude oil and CO2 thermal reduction reaction, so to simultaneously enhance crude oil recovery and CO2 sequestration, fundamentally solving the existing problems of CO2-EOR technologies. Moreover, CO2 thermal catalytic reduction products can also work as a surfactant to accelerate the desorption crude oil from the rock surface and decrease the interfacial tension, and finally EOR.

    Abstract: A cable bundle taping device adapted to wind a tape on a coiled cable bundle includes a support frame, a conveying device mounted on the support frame and adapted to convey the tape to a standby position, a first driving wheel rotatably mounted on the support frame and having a slot extending radially inward from an outer edge of the first driving wheel, and a tape binding mechanism arranged on a side of at least one sidewall of the first driving wheel near a bottom of the slot and opposite to the tape in the standby position. The coiled cable bundle is bonded to an end of the tape at the standby position and pushed to the bottom of the slot. The tape is wound on the coiled cable bundle by rotating the tape binding mechanism under driving of the first driving wheel.
