  • Publication number: 20240097164
Abstract: A controller allows an injector to inject a fuel gas when a supply flow rate of an oxygen-containing gas reaches a set flow rate for the oxygen-containing gas supplied at start-up in a state where a supply-side stop valve and a discharge-side stop valve are closed, and thereafter opens the supply-side stop valve and the discharge-side stop valve.

  • Publication number: 20240088415
Abstract: A fuel cell system including an air discharge valve provided in an air discharge path, through which air discharged from a fuel cell stack flows, a bypass valve provided in a bypass path connecting an air supply path and the air discharge path and bypassing the fuel cell stack, and a controller for controlling the air discharge valve to make an opening degree of the air discharge valve smaller than full opening, controlling the bypass valve to make the opening degree of the bypass valve larger than fully closure, and controlling a compressor to supply air to the air supply path through which the air to be supplied to the fuel cell stack flows.

  • Publication number: 20230317994
Abstract: The fuel cell system includes a control unit that calculates the flow rate of the oxygen-containing gas flowing through the supply passage based on the opening degree of the bypass valve, the opening degree of the stop valve, and the state of the oxygen-containing gas supply in the oxygen-containing gas supply unit, and determines that the measurement value of the flow rate measurement unit is not normal when the difference between the calculation value and the measurement value by the flow rate measurement unit is equal to or larger than a predetermined amount.

  • Publication number: 20230317993
Abstract: During startup of a fuel cell system, feed forward control is performed to increase the rotation number of an electric auxiliary device (compressor) to a modified steady state rotation number while maintaining a steady state rotation acceleration rate of the electric auxiliary device. In this manner, the overshoot amount is suppressed to an allowable overshoot amount. Otherwise, feed forward control is performed to increase the rotation number of the electric auxiliary device to a modified low steady state rotation number while maintaining a low steady state rotation acceleration rate. In this manner, the overshoot amount is suppressed to an allowable overshoot amount.

  • Publication number: 20230253586
Abstract: A fuel cell system executes a first valve drive operation by causing a power supply unit to output the first voltage to drive an electric-operated valve to open at a time of starting power generation by a fuel cell stack, and executes a second valve drive operation by causing the power supply unit to output the second voltage to drive the electric-operated valve to open in a case where the electric-operated valve is in a closed state even after execution of the first valve drive operation.
