The base member 33 has a lower hygroscopic rate than the circuit board 30. The plurality of light emitting element array units 3 are arranged along the main scanning directions M1 and M2, for example, so that end portions 34 in adjacent light emitting element array units 3 are overlapped with each other in vertical-scanning directions S1 and S2.
