  • Patent number: 11819961
Abstract: A sticking detection device for detecting the presence or absence of sticking of a welding wire disposed in an arc welding robot to a workpiece includes a first sticking detection unit and a second sticking detection unit. The first sticking detection unit detects the presence or absence of sticking based on a voltage value detected with respect to voltage being applied to the welding wire and the workpiece. The second sticking detection unit determines the presence or absence of sticking based on the voltage value and a result of the detection by the first sticking detection unit.

  • Publication number: 20230321746
Abstract: Provided is a robotic welding system with which welding can be appropriately carried out even when the amount of a gap largely changes and when welding occurs at a high speed. A robotic welding system according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a welding torch; a gap detector configured to detect in advance a gap amount between welding targets in front of the welding torch; a robot moving the welding torch and the gap detector; a controller configured to cause a welding condition to change based on the gap amount detected in advance by the gap detector; and a welding power source configured to execute welding based on the welding condition instructed by the controller.

  • Publication number: 20170064819
Abstract: In a perforation arrangement having a number of small holes through which individual substrates of aggregate substrate are connected to each other where slits are provided between individual substrates in the aggregate substrate, the centers of the small holes are arranged so as not to be aligned in a straight line in a perforation. The small holes are arranged in or in proximity to a connection portion in such a manner that the distance of the center of each small hole from the line segment between the facing ends of the slits is different. The amount of stress concentrated on a perforation can be reduced, and therefore, the amount of stress applied to the parts mounted around the perforation can also be reduced in the case where the aggregate substrate are bent to be divided.

  • Patent number: 6230108
Abstract: A realtime sensitivity correction method for use in an infrared imaging system, which compensates for possible sensitivity variations among a plurality of sensor elements constituting a infrared sensor device. The infrared imaging system comprises: an infrared sensor which accepts infrared rays emanating from a target object through an appropriate optical system, two reference heat sources, a sensitivity correction circuit composed of digital signal processors, RAM, and other components, a sensitivity correction sequence controller, and a video monitor. The system's scanning cycle consists of an effective scanning period and a non-effective scanning period. During a non-effective scanning period, the infrared sensor scans the high-temperature and normal-temperature reference heat sources. By averaging the detected values, high-temperature reference data and normal-temperature reference data are obtained.

  • Patent number: 6144808
Abstract: Apparatus for enhancing signal-to-noise ratio in reading a film magnetic recording part includes a reproducing device which reproduces a signal recorded on the magnetic recording part of the film and a signal processing device which performs at least one of causing the reproducing device not to reproduce the signal and disabling the signal reproduced by the reproducing device, in at least one of a case where a predetermined signal is included in the signal reproduced by said reproducing device during transportation of the film and a case where the presence and time position of the predetermined signal in the signal reproduced by said reproducing device during transportation of the film are predicted.

  • Patent number: 5602614
Abstract: A camera includes a distance detecting device arranged to detect a distance from the camera to an object to be photographed and to output distance information, a flash amount deciding part arranged to decide an amount of flash emission on the basis of the distance information from the distance detecting device, and an aperture value deciding part arranged to decide an aperture value to be used at the time of starting flash emission on the basis of the amount of flash emission.
