  • Patent number: 10384490
Abstract: A tread pattern of a pneumatic tire is provided with two outer circumferential main grooves, and at least one inner circumferential main groove provided between the outer circumferential main grooves. A tread profile line of a first land portion between the outer circumferential main grooves protrudes 1 mm or less with respect to a first arc shape formed so as to pass through edge ends on the respective inner sides of the outer circumferential main grooves and edge ends on both sides of the inner side circumferential main groove. Furthermore, a tread profile line of a second land portion on the outer side of the outer circumferential main grooves in a tire width direction protrudes 1 mm or less with respect to a second arc shape which passes through edge ends on the outer side of the outer circumferential main grooves.

  • Patent number: 9216618
Abstract: A pneumatic tire is mounted on a vehicle so a first side in a tire width direction corresponds to a vehicle outer side. A tread surface has four circumferential main grooves extending in a tire circumferential direction and five land portions partitioned by the circumferential main grooves. A ratio W2/W1 ranges 4 to 5 when W1 is a groove width of a first circumferential main groove that is located at a first position when viewed from the first side and W2 is defined as a groove width of a second circumferential main groove located at a second position when viewed from the first side, and a ratio Sin/Sout ranges 1.1 to 1.2 when, in a region of the tread surface which interposes the tire centerline, Sout is defined as a groove surface area ratio in a region on the first side and Sin is defined as a groove surface area ratio in a region on the second side.
