  • Patent number: 8649781
Abstract: A GPS mobile terminal (2) that a person (1) carries monitors position information on a dog (3) to whom a GPS terminal (4) is attached. When the person (1) and the dog (3) are separated more than a preset distance, the GPS mobile terminal (2) that the person (1) carries uses PoC communication enabling intragroup communication such as a transceiver to make a call request to mobile terminals (6, 7, 8) of all guardians belonging to any one of a plurality of groups (A, B, C) made up of the guardians. When there is a response from a group of the guardians, the communication is enabled in the group, so that the guardians can guide the person (1) to a safe place.

  • Patent number: 7966030
Abstract: The present invention provides a PoC portable terminal capable of performing edit and information addition on a display screen on which screen information relating to a group telephone conversation is displayed. When a push button of a key operation part 15 is pushed down, a portable terminal 1 becomes a master side. The portable terminal 1 displays pointer information of a marker, which is outputted by a pointing device part 18, on a display part 16. The portable terminal 1 transmits the pointer information from a radio part 14 to a PoC server. The PoC server sends the pointer information from the portable terminal 1 to other users' portable terminals in a group. If the pointer is moved, then the portable terminal 1 as a master side repeats the aforementioned processes.

  • Patent number: 4835696
Abstract: A system and method for automatically controlling a vehicle speed to a desired cruising speed in which a transfer point at which control of the vehicle speed is transferred from that carried out by returning the vehicle speed to the cruising speed set through an operation of a set switch at a controllable acceleration in the vehicle speed to that carried out by controlling the vehicle speed so that the vehicle speed coincides with the set cruising speed is determined on the basis of a sum of an acceleration value multiplied by a constant and speed difference from the actual vehicle speed to set cruising speed. Consequently, an overshooting of the vehicle speed does not occur when the vehicle speed is returned toward and finally settles at the set cruising speed.
