  • Patent number: 9702777
Abstract: A detector is provided by coating a fluid conductive material on a flat portion of a diaphragm. The detector includes: a resistor element; resistor element electrodes, which are overlapped and connected with mutually opposed parts of the resistor element; and a linear conductor connected with the resistor element electrodes. The resistor element electrodes each include: a linear portion having a linear inner side facing an inner side of paired one of the resistor element electrodes; and peripheral portions defined at both ends of the linear portion, at least one of the peripheral portions being connected with the linear conductor. All of the linear portions are arranged so that inner sides are arranged mutually in parallel. The resistor element is connected with the linear portion. The peripheral portions are exposed without being connected with the resistor element.

  • Patent number: 7184381
Abstract: In order to evaluate the quality of a signal recorded on an optical recording medium, a target signal is obtained based on a predetermined data string and a predetermined partial response characteristic, and for each clock cycle, an equalization error is calculated that is a difference between the target signal and a signal reproduced each clock cycle. Further, the product of the equalization errors calculated at different times is obtained, and based on the obtained product, the quality of a signal is evaluated.

  • Publication number: 20050122890
Abstract: An information storage medium (1) has tracks in which information is recorded. The tracks are formed as a groove section (2) and a land section (3). The groove section (2) has a synchronous structure in which wobbles (2a) and (2b) formed on both walls of the groove section (2) are not displaced from each other in the circumferential direction of the medium, and the land section (3) has an asynchronous structure in which wobbles formed on both sides of the land section (3) are displaced from each other. A good signal is reproduced from each of the groove and land sections.

  • Publication number: 20040196746
Abstract: There is disclosed an information recording medium comprising a guide groove for recording/reproducing information in an information recording region, the information is formed as a recorded mark both in concave and convex portions of the guide groove, management information including address information is recorded by a wobble of the guide groove, and the wobble is formed in such a manner that an offset of a reproducing signal of the recorded mark generated by the wobble of the guide groove is 5.5% or less of an amplitude of the reproducing signal.

  • Publication number: 20040085870
Abstract: An optical disk in which tracks in which a header region at which positional information showing a recorded position is recorded and a user region at which user information is recorded are alternately arranged, and in which the user region is made to wobble in a direction perpendicular to the arranging direction are formed, and in which a first region in which at least one of a phase, a frequency, and an amplitude of a wobble is different from the other portions is formed at a portion a given length before the header region in playback order within the user region.

  • Patent number: 6162015
Abstract: A highly efficient centrifugal type fluid machine is configured so that the vane outlet angle or the vane outlet diameter at a side plate end (4a) of a single stage or a plurality of stages of a diffuser (D) is made larger than the vane outlet angle or the vane outlet diameter at a core plate end (4b), and the vane curve at a pressure surface end of a single stage or a plurality of stages of the diffuser (D) is formed to have the same radius of curvature at the side plate end (4a) and at the core plate end (4b), while the vane curve at a negative pressure surface end is formed to have a radius of curvature so that the vane thickness at the core plate end (4b) is larger than that at the side plate end (4a).
