  • Publication number: 20150029408
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a unit includes a casing and a connection terminal. The casing has a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and an attachment hole. The connection terminal has a connection portion which is inserted through the attachment hole from the side of the second surface and thus protrudes on the side of the first surface, a flange which is provided at the proximal end of the connection portion and which has a size that does not allow the passage of the flange through the attachment hole, and a holding portion which holds the casing between this holding portion and the flange located on the side of the second surface opposite to the first surface.

  • Patent number: 6622072
Abstract: To improve the maintainability of a vehicle by properly identifying a worn endless belt in a belt-type automatic transmission and informing a driver of the proper belt replacement interval. The belt replacement timing annunciator relies upon the radii of the endless belt wound around a drive pulley and around a driven pulley that vary to produce shifting change gear ratios. Various operating conditions and the actual change gear ratio for the specific operating condition are detected, and a comparison between a reference change gear ratio and the actual change gear ratio is made to determine if belt replacement is necessary. A timer device provides a predetermined observation interval for avoiding erroneous readings and a display is also provided for indicating the necessity of belt replacement.

  • Patent number: 5110248
Abstract: A vertical heat-treatment apparatus is provided with a mechanism for automatically transferring semiconductor wafers from carriers to a boat for a vertical type furnace. The automatic transferring mechanism comprises a port for receiving a plurality of carriers arranged in series in an upright state, a posture change mechanism for changing the posture of wafers in the carriers from the upright state to the horizontal state, a parallel transfer mechanism for transferring the carriers on the boat to the posture change mechanism, a carrier loading/unloading mechanism for loading the carriers on a station, a wafer loading/unloading mechanism for taking out the wafers from the carriers on the station in turn and transferring the taken-out wafers to the boat in turn, and a mounting mechanism for mounting the boat in the furnace. The carrier loading/unloading mechanism and the wafer loading/unloading mechanism are mounted on a common frame and are rotated and lifted at the same time.
