    Abstract: A work machine control system includes: a pump; a cylinder operating a working equipment element in a movable range based on hydraulic oil supplied from the pump; a first path connected to the pump; a second path branching from the first path; a control valve adjusting the flow rate of the oil supplied to the cylinder via the first path; a bleed valve adjusting the flow rate of the oil discharged to a tank via the second path; a sensor detecting a posture of the element in the range; and a control device outputting a first command for adjusting the flow rate of the oil supplied to the cylinder and a second command for adjusting the flow rate of the oil discharged to the tank when element is determined to be present in an end section of the range based on detection data of the sensor.

    Abstract: A glass holding device of the invention is provided for easily attaching and positioning a glass plate to an upper flange. The glass holding device includes a stopper base to be attached to the upper flange, and a stopper to be attached to the glass plate. The stopper base includes a fitting hole for receiving a rising wall of the upper flange therein, a first engaging portion situated at a side near the fitting hole, and an abutment portion situated at a lower side of the fitting hole to support a lower side of the upper flange when the stopper base engages the upper flange. The stopper includes a base portion attached to the glass plate, a leg extending downwardly from the base portion, and a second engaging portion formed at a distal end of the leg. The second engaging portion engages the first engaging portion to hold the glass plate.
