  • Patent number: 10765845
Abstract: A medical tube 10 (drain tube 10) includes a main shaft tube 20, a flow path opening/closing mechanism 40, and a branch tube 30. The main shaft tube 20 internally has a main shaft side distal opening 21a and a main shaft lumen 21. The flow path opening/closing mechanism 40 brings the main shaft lumen 21 into a communicating state by applying pressure smaller than predetermined pressure, and brings the main shaft lumen 21 into a blocked state by applying pressure equal to or greater than the predetermined pressure. The branch tube 30 promotes a pancreatic juice pj to flow into a branch lumen 31, based on the applied pressure which is equal to or greater than the predetermined pressure.

  • Patent number: 10561819
Abstract: A catheter including a balloon. The balloon has an elastic inner layer and an elastic outer layer. The inner and outer layers are tubular and are inflatable and deflatable in response to a change of internal pressure of the balloon. The catheter includes a tubular reinforcement member positioned radially between the inner layer and the outer layer. The reinforcement member has a first end portion and a second end portion opposite the first end portion in the axial direction of the catheter. The reinforcement member has an intermediate portion between the first end portion and the second end portion in the axial direction. At least one of the first and second end portions is not directly fixed to both the inner layer and the outer layer. The intermediate portion is not directly fixed to both the inner layer and the outer layer.

  • Publication number: 20180177988
Abstract: A medical tube 10 includes a main shaft tube 20 that internally has a main shaft lumen 21, and a plurality of branch tubes 30 connected to each other at an intermediate position in an axial direction of the main shaft tube 20. The branch tube 30 has a branch lumen 31 through which pancreatic juice flows into the main shaft lumen 21. In a state where the main shaft tube 20 is inserted into a pancreas 100, a distal end of the branch tube 30 is disposed at a position separated outward from the main shaft tube 20 in a radial direction between the pancreas 100 and a jejunum 200.

  • Publication number: 20170281870
Abstract: There is provided an applicator including: a first liquid flow path through which a first liquid containing fibrinogen passes; a second liquid flow path through which a second liquid containing thrombin passes; a confluence section in which the first liquid and the second liquid merge with each other to form a mixed liquid; and a gas flow path through which a gas for jetting the mixed liquid passes. At least part of a wall portion defining the confluence section is composed of a gas-permeable membrane that is impermeable to the mixed liquid and permeable to the gas.

  • Publication number: 20170281869
Abstract: There is provided an applicator for ejecting together with a gas a mixed liquid obtained by mixing a first liquid and a second liquid which are different from each other in composition. The applicator includes a first liquid flow path through which the first liquid flows; a second liquid flow path through which the second liquid flows; a gas flow path through which the gas flows; a confluence section in which the first liquid and the second liquid merge; and a backflow preventing section that prevents backflow of the first liquid and prevents backflow of the second liquid.
