  • Patent number: 11933757
Abstract: A gas sensor is equipped with a housing, an insulator retained by an inner periphery of the housing, a sensing device having a front end portion protruding from a front end surface of the insulator, and a protective cover which covers a front end portion of the sensing device. A pump electrode and a sensor electrode are disposed in a front end portion of the solid electrolyte body. The pump electrode is exposed to a measurement gas and regulates the concentration of oxygen in the measurement gas. The sensor electrode is exposed to the measurement gas and measures the concentration of a given gas component in the measurement gas after being regulated in concentration of oxygen by the pump electrode. A base end portion of the sensor electrode in a lengthwise direction is located closer to a base end side of the gas sensor than a front end surface of the housing is.

  • Patent number: 10328652
Abstract: The strip-winding method, includes: a first step of supplying a strip to a wound body including an inclined part; and a second step of moving a winding roller along an outer circumferential surface of the wound body within one plane, the winding roller being capable of pressing the strip on the wound body, and of winding the strip on the outer circumferential surface of the wound body. In the second step, the roller inclination angle of the rotational axis line of the winding roller with respect to the one plane is changed, and the roller inclination angle at the time the strip is wound around the inclined part is set to be greater than the roller inclination angle at the time the strip is wound around a maximum diameter position of the wound body.

  • Patent number: 4268330
Abstract: A green tire building process comprises: the steps of: jointing both longitudinal ends of a belt-like tread rubber for producing an endless tread band, and applying the endless tread band on an inner periphery of an annular face: jointing both longitudinal ends of a belt-like breaker ply for producing an endless breaker band, and disposing the endless breaker band within said endless tread band with its mid-circumferential plane being aligned with that of said endless tread band; expanding the endless breaker band radially and applying the endless breaker band on the inner periphery of the endless tread band for building a tread breaker assembly; disposing a cylindrical green case within and in coaxial relation with the tread breaker assembly; deforming the cylindrical green case toroidally to be applied on the inner periphery of the endless breaker band for integrally building the cylindrical green case and the tread breaker assembly.
