  • Patent number: 8691386
Abstract: A bonded body 10 of a carbon film covered article and a rubber is formed by bonding a carbon film covered article 13 having a carbon film 12 formed on a surface of an article 11 to an unvulcanized rubber 14 by affixing and vulcanizing. Thereby, a bonded body of rubber and, for example, metal can be provided without the need for an adhesive.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: April 8, 2014
Assignee: The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd.
    Inventors: Kazuto Yamakawa, Yuusuke Matsuya
  • Patent number: 8642149
Abstract: A hose for transporting refrigerant of the present technology includes an inner tube layer having a gas barrier layer and a rubber layer adjacent to an outer surface of the gas barrier layer. The gas barrier layer includes a polyamide resin composition obtained by blending from 0.5 to 20 parts by mass of a hydrotalcite per 100 parts by mass of a modified polyamide obtained by blending a polyamide and a carboxyl group-containing modified polyolefin. The rubber layer includes a rubber composition obtained by compounding from 1 to 15 parts by mass of an alkylphenol-formaldehyde resin per 100 parts by mass of a raw rubber. The raw rubber is at least one selected from the group consisting of a BIMS and a butyl rubber and/or a halogenated butyl rubber, which is a copolymer rubber.
