  • Patent number: 8821226
Abstract: A vent member (1) includes a support body (2) provided with a through-hole (3), a permeable membrane (6) closing the through-hole (3) in the support body (2), and a cover part (10) covering the permeable membrane (6). A ventilation hole (10a) is made in a ceiling portion (11) of the cover part (10) and a notch (10b) is made in a side wall portion (12) thereof. These ventilation hole (10a) and notch (10b) function as a passage for ventilation between the interior and the exterior of the cover part (10). The ventilation hole (10a) establishes a positional relation that it does not overlap a permeable region of the permeable membrane (6) in the axial direction. Further, the side wall portion (12) extends to the lower side in the axial direction below a position at which the permeable membrane (6) is disposed, and the permeable membrane (6) is protected entirely along a circumferential direction by the side wall portion (12).

  • Publication number: 20120216948
Abstract: Provided is a process for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet by laminating layers of active-energy-ray-curable compositions and irradiating the laminate with an active energy ray. The processes gives a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with less defects at low production cost and is applicable to the production of pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets of various kinds.

  • Publication number: 20120059125
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a composite film having transparency, strength, elongation, and flexibility. The composite film contains: a urethane polymer formed from a polyol and a polyisocyanate; and an acrylic polymer obtained by photopolymerization of one or more (meth)acrylic monomers, in which total light transmittance of the composite film is 93.0% or more in terms of a thickness of 100 ?m, breaking strength (23° C.) of the composite film is 3.0 MPa or more to 75 MPa or less, breaking elongation ratio (23° C.) is 150% or more to 1,000% or less, and 20% modulus (23° C.) is 0.1 MPa or more to 7.5 MPa or less.

  • Publication number: 20110003135
Abstract: The present invention relates to an ultraviolet-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including (a) a monomer component containing 70 to 99 wt % of an alkyl (meth)acrylate with the carbon number in the alkyl group being 1 to 20 and 1 to 30 wt % of a polar group-containing vinyl monomer, (b) at least one polyfunctional (meth)acrylate having four or more (meth)acryloyl groups within one molecule and having an acryl equivalent of 150 or less, in an amount of 0.01 to 0.1 parts by mol based on 100 parts by mol of the monomer component, and (c) a photopolymerization initiator; an ultraviolet-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the same; and a process for producing the same.
