  • Patent number: 11097532
Abstract: A method for making a mold is provided. The method includes the following steps a) to d): a) in which a polymer solution is discharged from a liquid droplet discharger onto a stage, where the polymer solution is capable of solating at a temperature lower than a sol-gel transition temperature and gelating at a temperature higher than the sol-gel transition temperature; b) in which the polymer solution discharged onto the stage is maintained at a temperature higher than the sol-gel transition temperature; c) in which the liquid droplet discharger and the stage are relatively moved to form a gel layer on the stage, where the gel layer has a shape corresponding to a locus of the relative movement; and d) in which the polymer solution is discharged from the liquid droplet discharger onto the gel layer to laminate another gel layer thereon and obtain a laminated object.

  • Patent number: 10682808
Abstract: A fabrication method includes laminating a fabrication material to form an object, and applying a release material on a surface of the object to form a release layer on the surface of the object. A surface free energy of the release material is equal to or smaller than 25 mN/m.

  • Publication number: 20180257270
Abstract: A mold includes a hydrogel material. The hydrogel material includes a hydrogel and a cross-linked structure. The hydrogel contains a temperature-responsive hydrogel-forming polymer A having a sol-gel transition temperature. The temperature-responsive hydrogel-forming polymer A is solated at a temperature lower than the sol-gel transition temperature and is gelated at a temperature higher than the sol-gel transition temperature. In the cross-linked structure, a cross-linking water-soluble polymer B to reinforce the hydrogel is cross-linked.
