Abstract: A control device to be mounted on a vehicle, includes: a board; a control circuit which is provided on the board and is configured to execute a control in a case of a collision of the vehicle; a case in which the board is accommodated; and a bracket that extends from a side surface of the case and is to be fixed to the vehicle with a fastening member, and the bracket includes: a groove portion that extends in an intersection direction intersecting an extending direction of the bracket from the case; and a protrusion that closes a part of the groove portion.
