According to the electronic device, the wireless communication method, and the computer-readable storage medium of the present disclosure, the advantages of the fixed LIS and the mobile LIS can be combined, and the fixed LIS and the mobile LIS can jointly provide service for a user equipment, so as to improve the communication quality of the user equipment.
