Abstract: Provided are anti-Trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2) antibodies and fragments thereof. Also provided are isolated nucleic acid molecules that encode anti-TROP2 antibodies, vectors comprising such nucleic acids, and host cells comprising such vectors or nucleic acids. Provided are methods of making anti-TROP2 antibodies. Also provided are antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising an anti-TROP2 antibody and an active moiety (e.g., a therapeutic moiety such as a toxin) and methods of making anti-TROP2 ADCs. Also provided are related pharmaceutical compositions and methods using such pharmaceutical compositions in the treatment of disorders associated with aberrant TROP2 expression (e.g., cancer).
