    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a modified monocrystal high-nickel ternary material, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The preparation method includes: pre-sintering a high-nickel ternary hydroxide precursor under a condition of pure oxygen to obtain a pre-sintered material; fully mixing the pre-sintered material with a micro-powder of lithium hydroxide, a nano-dopant and an alumina pellet, and subjecting a mixture to a first sintering in a pure oxygen atmosphere after the alumina pellet is removed by sieving, followed by natural cooling in a pure oxygen atmosphere after the first sintering is completed to obtain a first sintered material; crushing the first sintered material, fully mixing it with a nano-coating agent, and then subjecting a mixed material to a second sintering in a pure oxygen atmosphere to obtain a second sintered material; and subjecting the second sintered material to crushing, sieving and demagnetizing to obtain the modified monocrystal high-nickel ternary material.

    Abstract: The present application describes an intelligent hoisting method for a bridge deck crane system. The method involves determining the splicing heights at two key positions of the segment to be installed by measuring the alignment height of an already installed segment. The segment is hoisted, and the real-time heights at both positions are monitored. If one position reaches the splicing height while the other does not, the lifting point is adjusted until both positions align with their respective splicing heights. This method eliminates the need for reference marks or docking joints on the segment to be installed, thereby avoiding issues related to their precision and installation accuracy. Additionally, it simplifies the splicing operation by removing the need for pre-processing the segment, reducing the overall complexity of the process.

    Abstract: A fully automatic method for handling knots in flat knitting continuous knitting process includes a knot alarm detecting knots and triggering an alarm. The machine automatically loads and runs a preset knot handling program; the machine pulls out the yarn segment containing the knot from the knitting area and secures the knot; the machine reinserts the subsequent yarn back into the knitting area, returning to the knitting position before the alarm; the machine cuts off the excess yarn segment containing the knot and continues knitting. The process method utilizes a knot alarm set on the flat knitting machine to automatically detect knots on the yarn in advance. Once a knot is detected, the yarn segment containing the knot is pulled out and cut off, thereby removing the knot while hiding the yarn breaks and preventing yarn ladder.

    Abstract: This application relates to a yarn carrier device with a yarn tension control function for a flat knitting machine, and a yarn tension control method. At the moment a carriage is connected to a yarn carrier device, a fixing frame carrying a bobbin ascends or descends on sliding rails installed on the yarn carrier device. The ascending or descending speed, time and distance of the fixing frame can be calculated directly according to a yarn carrier stop, the quantity of an unknitted portion of the yarn and the speed of the carriage. When the carriage contacts a yarn carrier, the fixing frame is controlled to ascend along the sliding rails. When the carriage drives the yarn carrier to enter a knitting area, the fixing frame is controlled to descend.
