A center of the cross section of the tunnel is extracted. A point cloud of the cross section of the tunnel is registered with a point cloud of a contour of the tunnel clearance according to a constraint condition. The point cloud of the cross section of the tunnel and the point cloud of the contour of the tunnel clearance after being registered with each other are analyzed to determine whether the tunnel clearance is intruded.

The inspection device is designed to be modular, which is convenient to carry and repair, and easy to mount.
