    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a handover method and a related user equipment and system, which are used for handover judgment in a CoMP handover scenario. The method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: obtaining a first reference signal parameter Mn of a target node in a macro neighboring cell and second reference signal parameters Mp corresponding to multiple nodes in a macro serving cell, where the macro serving cell is a cell serving a user equipment UE and the macro neighboring cell is a cell adjacent to the macro serving cell; selecting a preferred Mp that meets a predefined requirement from the Mps corresponding to the multiple nodes; and triggering a handover procedure if the preferred Mp and the Mn meet a preset handover condition. By implementing the solutions in the present invention, throughput of a communications system after a UE handover can be increased.

The application of the Ni source having a structure of Formula I in the single atomic layer deposition technology allows a Ni-containing deposition layer with good shape retention to be deposited and formed on a nano-sized semiconductor device.

    Abstract: A rotary slurry distributor is provided, including rotary container. The feeding inlet is mounted on the upper part of the aforesaid rotary container for receiving a mineral slurry. A guide structure is provided on the side wall of the rotary container. Along the rotary container, the guide structure has a tangential angle relative to the horizontal direction. As the mineral slurry falls into the rotary container, the mineral slurry flows through the guide structure and the gravity of the mineral slurry imposes a tangential force on the guide structure so that the rotary container can rotate. The homogenization of the quantity and quality of slurry can be realized using this rotary slurry distributor. The design of the device is smart. The gravity of mineral slurry is used to realize the rotation of the rotary container (no external power is needed) in order to further realize the uniform distribution of mineral slurry.

The sustained release dosage forms provide therapeutically effective average steady-state plasma cyclobenzaprine concentrations when administered once per day. The composition of the delay layer and the composition of the drug layer are characterized by the viscosity of the hydrated delay layer remaining higher than the viscosity of the hydrated drug layer during operation in one embodiment. The result is greater uniformity in the release rate from the core providing a more optimal ascending release rate. In other embodiments, the hydrated delay layer has a viscosity that is lower than the viscosity of the hydrated drug layer as well as a hydrated delay layer that is substantially similar to the hydrated drug layer.
