    Abstract: The present invention discloses a polypeptide and application thereof. By modifying oxyntomodulin (OXM), hybridizing OXM with a peptide sequence of Exenatide, including enabling the polypeptide to be resistant to DPP-4 enzyme degradation through amino acid modification, and conjugating fatty acid chains at the same time, an OXM hybrid peptide having longer pharmacologic action time and better weight losing effects is obtained. Synthesis of a target polypeptide is fast realized by an orthogonal protection strategy solid-phase synthesis method, and a crude product is purified and freeze-dried to obtain the OXM hybrid peptide.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for quantifying a bearing capacity of foundation containing shallow-hidden spherical cavities, comprising: in Step 1, constructing a spatial axisymmetric calculation model for stability analysis of the foundation containing shallow-hidden spherical cavities; in Step 2, solving the model to obtain a general solution which reflects the spatial stress distribution of surrounding rock containing shallow-hidden spherical cavities; in Step 3, obtain a mathematical expression by derivation for calculating the bearing capacity of the foundation containing shallow-hidden spherical cavities; and in Step 4: completing the determination of the foundation bearing capacity. Benefits: This method has many advantages such as comprehensive consideration, high accuracy and reliability of calculation results, and may provide the scientific basis for the development of prevention and control against the instability of the foundation containing shallow-hidden cavities.

    Abstract: Described are an encoding method and system for ROAs. The encoding method includes the following steps: given a set of authorized IP prefixes an AS which are maintained with an IP address trie. By specifying a sequence of hanging levels on the IP address trie, it is divided into a set of non-overlapping sub-trees, each rooted at a hanging level. A node on a hanging level uniquely defines a sub-tree rooted at it, whose prefix can be encoded as the identifier of this sub-tree. All authorized prefixes covered by a sub-tree can be encoded into a bitmap of 2h bits, where h is the height of this sub-tree. Thus, the set of authorized IP prefixes of an AS is encoded into several tuples (identifier, bitmap).

    Abstract: A method for checking a medium-term and long-term maintenance plan of a power grid. A predicted load value and one or more historical load values of a power grid are acquired and clustered through a clustering algorithm, and a historical moment at which a historical load value is in a same cluster as the predicted load value and has a largest load value is selected as a target historical moment. A power grid operation mode model at the target historical moment is acquired, and the power grid operation mode model is updated according to the maintenance plan and open loop point information by using a full wiring approach to obtain a future-state power grid operation mode model. Ground state power flow data of the power grid are calculated based on the operation mode model, and safety check is carried out according to a preset ground state power flow limit.

    Abstract: A method for predicting burning through point (BTP) based on an encoder-decoder network is provided, which belongs to a field of soft-sensing modeling in an industrial process. A BTP prediction model based on the encoder-decoder network with a temporal attention mechanism and a spatial attention mechanism is developed according to data acquired during an operation of a sintering machine, where the temporal attention mechanism is used to characterize temporal dynamics of samples, and the spatial attention mechanism is used to capture a correlation between an object variable and an advanced feature, to improve accuracy and robustness of the model. With the model, BTP in a sintering process can be predicted in real time, which has great practical significance for on-site process guidance and parameter adjustment.

The connector (11) is configured to, when receiving a connection signal, control the data selector (13) to receive a sound signal from the on-board device MIC (24), and when not receiving the connection signal, control the data selector (13) to receive a sound signal from the wireless headset MIC (14). With the above features, automatic switching from sound acquisition by the on-board device MIC to sound acquisition by the wireless headset MIC may be achieved, thereby improving user experiences and increasing market competitiveness of the vehicle applying the method.
