    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are disclosed by the present application. A request to establish a call using a first connection may be received, the first connection using a first radio access technology to communicate with a radio access network. During execution of a procedure to establish the call, a command to handover communications from the first connection to a second connection that uses a second radio access technology to communicate with the radio access network may be received. The second connection may be established in response to the command, and a message indicating that the request to establish the call was successfully received may be transmitted over the second connection. Also, a message indicating that an alert of the call is being issued may be transmitted over the second connection.

    Abstract: A soil conditioner spreader and an operation method thereof are provided. The soil conditioner spreader includes a spreader body, a ridger, a solid tank, two spiral drills, a rotary tillage wheel and a mulching device, where the spreader body is provided with a hopper in a front part. The hopper stores a conditioner. The solid tank is arranged above the spiral drills. The spreader body is connected to the solid tank through a feeding track. The ridger, the spiral rills, the rotary tillage wheel and the mulching device are successively arranged at the bottom of the spreader body from the rear to the front. The ridger ridges first, and then the spiral drills perform deep plowing, rotary tillage and scarification and apply the conditioner to a ridge. The rotary tillage wheel performs rotary tillage, and a nozzle sprays a nutrient solution or an herbicide/insecticide. Finally, the mulching device mulches.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of coating agent, in particular to a coating agent containing nano-SiO2 and a preparation method thereof. The coating agent consists of raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 50-60% film-forming agent, 5-10% plasticizing agent, 2-6% dispersing agent, 10-30% coloring agent, 15-20% antisticking agent and 2-5% nano-SiO2. In the present invention, the nano-SiO2, and the film-forming agent in the formulation can form a composite, which can enhance the property of coating agent, improve the coating film strength, and enhance the UV-protection and anti-discoloration functions, so as to improve the storage stability of drugs. The UV-protection and anti-discoloration functions of the coating agent prepared herein can be improved by more than 75%, and their film strength can be improved by more than 30%.
