  • Publication number: 20250151088
Abstract: An apparatus includes a receiver configured to receive, from a base station, a control message indicating a sidelink resource pool. The apparatus further includes a transmitter configured to perform, after receiving the control message, a sidelink transmission using one or more sidelink resources. Based on a speed exceeding a threshold speed, the one or more sidelink resources include one of a first sidelink resource of the sidelink resource pool or a preconfigured sidelink resource. The one or more sidelink resources include the first sidelink resource based on the first sidelink resource being associated with a high speed flag. The one or more sidelink resources include the preconfigured sidelink resource based on a time interval since a previous sidelink transmission failing to exceed a threshold time interval and further based on the sidelink resource pool failing to indicate a resource associated with the high speed flag.

  • Publication number: 20250133387
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first device may detect that a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system information block (SIB) or reconfiguration information is unavailable based at least in part on a first subscription of the first device satisfying a condition. The first device may determine the V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with the first subscription based at least in part on V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with a second subscription of the first device. The first device may perform, to one or more of a network node or a second device and using the first subscription, a V2X transmission using the V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with the second subscription. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Publication number: 20250063511
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A network node may transmit a first message using a first transmit power based on a first set of values corresponding to a set of power control parameters. The set of power control parameters may include an accumulated transmit power control parameter. The network node may receive a second message including information indicative of at least one of a second set of values corresponding to the set of power control parameters. The network node may transmit a third message using a second transmit power based on a value corresponding to the accumulated transmit power control parameter. The value may correspond to the accumulated transmit power control parameter, which may be based on a first difference between one or more of the first set of values from before the second message and one or more of the second set of values.

  • Publication number: 20240172295
Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a UE to apply CFO compensation to resolve mismatched RAPIDs caused by uplink Doppler shifts in HST deployments. The UE obtains one or more RARs each including a RAPID, where each of the RARs is responsive to a random access message including a preamble. The UE determines, in each of a threshold number of the one or more RARs, that the RAPID of a corresponding RAR is different than the preamble of a corresponding random access message. The UE then offsets a carrier frequency for each of one or more subsequent random access messages in response to the determination. As a result, mismatched RAPIDs due to uplink Doppler shifts may be avoided and RACH success rates may thereby be improved.

  • Patent number: 9900888
Abstract: The disclosure relates to subframe bundling in a system where subframe bundling is based on a set of bundling definitions. Control information is provided for at least one communication device configured to provide subframe bundling such that the control information is generated to be at least partially inconsistent with the set of bundling definitions. The control information is signaled to the at least one communication device to adjust the state of subframe bundling and/or size of subframe bundled transmission in accordance with a predefined rule by the at least one communication device. When the device receives the information, is determines that received control information is inconsistent with the set of bundling definitions. In response to the determination, the device can adjust the state of subframe bundling and/or size of subframe bundled transmission.

  • Publication number: 20150124727
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for ACK/NAK bit bundling in carrier aggregation scenarios. Such measures exemplarily comprise generating a set of acknowledgement bits confirming receipt of payload data of a radio frame in a carrier aggregation mode aggregating a primary and at least one secondary carrier, said radio frame being divided into a plurality of downlink subframes and uplink subframes, each of said downlink subframes comprising at least one codeword per carrier, each of said acknowledgement bits is allocated to one of said codewords of one of said downlink subframes, and applying spatial domain bundling and/or time domain bundling on said set of acknowledgement bits distinctive for each of said primary and said at least one secondary carrier, wherein said spatial domain bundling is an AND operation of all acknowledgement bits allocated to each codeword of one carrier of said primary and said at least one secondary carrier and one downlink subframe.
