The headgear comprises a connecting belt (601) and a headgear body, wherein one side of the connecting belt (601) is provided with a first connector (602), the other side of the connecting belt is connected to the headgear body, two ends of the connecting belt (601) can be connected together, and a headgear top (605) of the headgear body is used as a bag bottom of the bag. The dual-purpose garment comprises a garment body that can be used as a backpack front body and a backpack rear body; the headgear; a fifth connector (204) capable of connecting a lower portion of the garment body together; and/or a first decoration that can be used as a backpack bottom.
