The cell reselection evaluation frequency determination method includes receiving priority attribute information and determining the duration of the priority attribute information, where the priority attribute information includes dedicated priority information and/or priority reduction information; determining a cell reselection evaluation frequency set according to the priority attribute information in the duration; and updating the cell reselection evaluation frequency set in response to determining the duration corresponding to the priority attribute information is reached.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for reporting a buffer status report, user equipment and a computer-readable storage medium. The method for reporting the buffer status report includes: determining, by user equipment, UE, logical channel groups, LCGs, with data to be transmitted, and a first number of LCGs assigned to send buffer sizes; and sending, by the UE, buffer sizes of the LCGs with data to be transmitted by means of a buffer status report, BSR, according to determined first number.

The method includes: receiving an activation message transmitted by a network device, the activation message being configured to trigger activation, by a UE, of a downlink semi-persistent resource; and transmitting a response message to the network device after the downlink semi-persistent resource is activated, the response message being configured to indicate that the downlink semi-persistent resource has been activated.

Abstract: A downward offset barbell type walking beam compositively balance oil pump, in which at the rear end of the walking beam is mounted a downward offset barbell type balancing device consisting of a shoe plate, a cross shaft and balancing pieces, retains most of the structure of the conventional walking beam oil pump, and has a compact structure, a wide range of moment change, an advantage of saving electricity to a degree of more than 40 percent, and is safe and reliable for operation. The present invention can be applied to the renovation of variety of conventional walking beam oil pumps, used in oil fields, outphase crankshaft oil pumps and walking beam compositively balance oil pumps for the purpose of energy-saving or of promotion of the capacity for oil extraction of the above-mentioned oil pumps.
