The cover is mounted on the processing housing to be pivotally movable between a covering position of covering the locking lever, and an opening position of exposing the locking lever to be visually recognizable. The holding portion is mounted on the processing housing to be pivotally movable with the cover. The cover has an interference member which is inoperable to interfere with the locking lever in the locking posture and is operable to interfere with the locking lever in the releasing posture in shifting the cover from the opening position to the covering position.
