The nozzle portion is formed to have a portion of the distal end portion that comes into contact with the injection target region and has a width (a) falling within a range from 3.5 mm to 5.5 mm, and a ratio (b/a) defined by an inner diameter (b) of a portion of a distal end portion of the pressing portion that comes into contact with the injection target region by the width (a) falls within a range from 1.5 to 5.0. A part of the injection target region is received in the predetermined gap when the pressing portion presses the injection target region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a sealed battery, by which battery assemblies can be dried properly even when the time for the drying is reduced. The manufacturing method disclosed herein includes: loading, in a drying oven, a placing table with a battery assembly placed thereon in a drying oven, the battery assembly housing an electrode body inside a case; drying by increasing a temperature of the battery assembly in the drying oven to remove moisture inside the case; and cooling the battery assembly. In the manufacturing method disclosed herein, the warming member is placed on the placing table. This allows the battery assemblies to be properly dried even when the time for the drying is reduced.

    Abstract: Manufacturing method enabling optimal volume oil-fill even where differing from bearing to bearing due to machining fluctuations in volume-production dynamic pressure bearings. In a first charging method, injection of oil is divided into two cycles. The first is carried out under reduced pressure, following which the pressure is raised a predetermined amount to force the oil into the bearing gap. The oil-fill status is thereupon checked, the shortage is reckoned, and in the second cycle the shortage is injected. In a second charging method, in a first cycle a surplus volume is injected under reduced pressure and the pressure is raised a predetermined amount to force the oil into the bearing gap. Following that, what is in excess of the appropriate amount is removed from the bearing. The first cycle of injection and the pressure elevation may be implemented multiple times, in between which repeat pressure-reduction can be carried out.
