Abstract: There is provided a synthetic resin welded body and a method of manufacturing the same, in which it is possible to make only a portion of an absorption-side synthetic resin part to be welded likely to melt in laser welding. The synthetic resin welded body includes: a laser light absorbing oil passage forming member (absorption-side synthetic resin part); and a laser light transmissive baffle plate (transmission-side synthetic resin part) which is laid over the oil passage forming member and laser-welded in this state. The baffle plate is formed so that a welded area which is laser-welded to the oil passage forming member is higher in laser transmittance than a non-welded area which is the other area.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing the synthetic resin welded body includes the steps of: preparing an oil passage forming member including a welding portion having a top portion serving as a welding face; preparing a baffle plate having a welded face; disposing the oil passage forming member and the baffle plate so that the welding face comes in contact with the welded face; and radiating laser light to the welding portion to weld the welding face and the welded face. A recess is formed in the baffle plate so that a groove portion is formed along an outer peripheral face of the welding portion when the oil passage forming member and the baffle plate are disposed so that the welding face comes in contact with the welded face.

Abstract: There are provided a synthetic resin joined body and a method of manufacturing the same, with which it is possible to secure both of sealing performance of a fluid passage and joint strength between synthetic resin parts, even if an area of a portion to be welded is reduced. The synthetic resin joined body includes: a baffle plate; an oil passage forming member which comes in contact with the baffle plate; an oil passage which is formed between the baffle plate and the oil passage forming member and through which lubricant flows; a sealing portion which is formed by welding the baffle plate and the oil passage forming member to each other on an outer side of the oil passage to seal a periphery of the oil passage; and a joint portion for joining the baffle plate and the oil passage forming member to each other.

Abstract: The second lotion used for permanent wave process by two lotions method comprising a hydrogen peroxide solution having a pH value in excess of 4.5, but not exceeding 7.5 and a hydrogen peroxide concentration of 0.3 wt % or lower, and a process for permanent waving of hair using the said hydrogen peroxide solution as the second lotion.In the process for permanent waving of hair according to the invention, treating with the second lotions preferably carried out at a temperature of 37.degree..about. 40.degree. C.Use of the permanent waving lotion of the present invention can prevent damage of the hair due to the decline of modulus of the hair after repeated permanent waving process.
