  • Patent number: 10702929
Abstract: According to one implementation, a drilling machine includes at least one drilling structure, a travelling machine, a reader and a controlling device such as a controlling circuit. The at least one drilling structure drills an object to be drilled. The travelling machine positions the at least one drilling structure in a travelling direction of the travelling machine by travelling in a direction different from a drilling direction. The reader reads information recorded on at least one integrated circuit tag attached to at least one drilling plate attached to the object to be drilled. The controlling device controls the travelling machine based on the information read by the reader.

  • Patent number: 10265780
Abstract: According to one implementation, a drilling machine includes a drilling structure and a travelling machine. The drilling structure drills an object to be drilled composed of at least one structural object on a platy part. The travelling machine positions the drilling structure in a travelling direction of the travelling machine by travelling in a longitudinal direction of the at least one structural object using the at least one structural object as a guide.

  • Patent number: 9623488
Abstract: A drill includes a substantially cylindrical cutting portion includes a first region located at a front end portion, and a second region which has a step whose diameter increases as going from the first region to a rear end in a sectional view perpendicular to a rotation axis, and which is continuous with the first region in an end of the second region on a side of the step, and using this drill, a method of manufacturing a machined product is provided.

  • Patent number: 9370829
Abstract: A bit exchangeable drill includes a detachable cutting head at the tip of a drill body, and the cutting head includes a cutting edge extending linearly from a rotation center to a radial outer end in axial end view, and a helical flute. At a rake face continuous with the cutting edge, a thinning face inclined relative to the rotation axis and rendering an axial rake angle of the cutting edge negative is formed entirely from a radial inner end to a radial outer end of the cutting edge.
