Abstract: A percutaneous bypass method for implanting a bypass graft between two vessels is described. The bypass graft comprises a first part and a second part, each having a tubular shape and comprising respective lumens. The method comprises the step of inserting a second sheath, from the outside to the inside of a bypass portion of the first part, through a puncture therein, and retracting the second sheath so as to deploy and implant a hook portion of the second part into the second vessel, and deploy a bypass portion of the second part outside the second vessel, from the second vessel to the first part, and within the lumen of the first part.

Abstract: A retractor-retainer of intestines for celioscopic surgery, includes: a guide wire having a proximal portion consisting of a handle adapted to be connected to an operating table, an elongated distal portion designed to be introduced into the abdominal cavity during a celioscopic procedure; an elongated support mandrel along which is fixed a contention net, folded in such a way as to enable it to be deployed in situ; the distal end of the support mandrel and the distal portion of the guide wire being provided with complementary fast coupling elements; and an instrument for inserting the support mandrel and the contention net into the abdominal cavity and fixing it on the guide wire, the instrument including a barrel whereof at least the distal portion is hollow and dimensioned to receive the support mandrel and the contention net connected thereto.

Abstract: The present invention provides an implantable device for semiautomatic suturing using a surgical thread, the suturing enabling biological and/or artificial tissues to be united, the device comprising: blocking means enabling two strands of the thread of a suture to be connected together in a blocking zone; a bearing element having a bearing surface for bearing against the tissues to be sutured together; and controlled tensioning means for applying controlled tensioning to said thread, and suitable, after the two strands of said thread have been blocked together using said blocking means, for exerting a tension at a first predetermined tension value, with the junction between said bearing element and said blocking zone of the device being provided by said controlled tensioning means.
