Abstract: A spectrometer including a source emitting an electromagnetic radiation, a selection device configured for selecting a monochromatic radiation based on the electromagnetic radiation, a focusing device configured for defining a focusing point associated with a wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the source and configured for displacing the focusing point with respect to an input of the selection device, a vessel containing a sample intended to receive the monochromatic radiation, and an analyzer of a radiation transmitted or emitted by the sample.

Abstract: A method of network qualification and validation is presented. The network qualification and validation method is performed to meet various government and regulatory standards. In one embodiment, networks associated with regulated environments are defined. The networks are defined based on the applications running on the network. A series of methodologies known as the Design Qualification, Installation Qualification and Operation Qualification are defined. Each methodology uses direct testing of the network to qualify the network. In addition, each methodology produces a consistent, repeatable, standardized, defensible and objective validation and qualification when applied to any network. As a result, the integrity of the network and compliance with government regulations is maintained.

Abstract: Fast filtering apparatus, particularly for biological liquids.It comprises in combination:an injection device equipped with a cylindrical reservoir, whose bottom is sealed by a porous pellet and whose top is sealed by a piston displaceable in translation in the cylindrical reservoir, the latter containing the liquid phase to be filtered;a filter support device comprising a cylindrical chamber, whose upper part is sealed by a porous pellet serving as a support for the actual filtering material;a device for bringing about the fast, temporary contact between the injection device and the filter support device;an electronic control assembly controlling each filtering operation, by simultaneously acting on the contacting device and on the mechanical means for the translation of the piston.
